Tori and I had a beautiful day to shoot her senior portraits. One of those fall days where the temperature and light was just right to enjoy being outside. She did a great job and I was reminded of a quiet European grace to her poses. Thanks for a great session Tori!

Tyler...

I shot Tylers senior photos along with his girlfriend Kalan out at his farm. We didn't have much daylight left so we breezed through the session for both of them fairly quick but got a lot done. I wish we had daylight savings time in the winter too! We were shuffling from scene to scene with both sets of parents and a few siblings in tow. But we got it fit in before it got way too dark. Laura!

Laura is a senior at Sheridan and very active in band. We lucked out on weather as it was not too cold and windy so we didn't freeze while we were out shooting. I shot her sisters senior photos a couple years ago so it was great to see Laura hit her senior year now. She did a great job and was a lot of fun to shoot.

Grand Canyon, Arizona

Of all the years I've been to Arizona I had never ventured to the northern parts of the state. It was a beautiful drive from the southern desert to the higher elevations up north. We stayed in Williams, Arizona and used that as a home base. We traveled to the canyon on the Grand Canyon Railway in the First Class cars and it was well worth the upgrade. The canyon is amazing in it's size. One can imagine the perils of venturing into the canyon, it's a large inhospitable land. I just added a small gallery to our website under the southwest section.

Emily!

Emily came all the way down from Lewis Cass High School in Walton up near Peru for her senior session. She is in the Class of 2011 and an accomplished athlete in track and volleyball. She competes in high jump and is part of All State Honors Track. We had a blast shooting for a few hours during a Friday afternoon a couple weeks ago. Thanks Emily and best wishes for the future!
