I stopped by the dress rehearsal of the Sheridan High School Marching Band last week for the Indiana State Fair Band Day competition they were going to the next day.These kids work hard practicing on a hot parking lot in the summer. Since I have no musical talent it's amazing that they can walk, turn, coordinate, choreograph and more, AND still play an instrument. The band placed 26th overall out of 49 bands in the state, and, even better, they placed second in the "Espirit de Corps" category (bands of 30 or fewer playing members).You can check out all the photos at my website under the Sheridan link.
