Some recent web work...

Some of my photos have been sold to other websites lately including an ATV shot on howstuffworks.com, my kids and our beagle for Simply Clean and a bunch of shots for Robin Run Village for a job I did for Brookdale Senior Living. Always neat to see my work out there, sometimes it gives me a credit and sometimes not depending on the purchase contract.

Samantha....sneak peak

Samantha and I had a great session with a ton of photos. I will post more next week after she and I go thru about 300 shots of her. We had a nice day though it was VERY hot but I have a stocked refrigerator in the studio that we had to raid. More coming soon with Samantha!

The Sheridan Senior Athletes

I've been working on the team photos for Sheridan High School the past week with Cheri Hume. Also during this time we've been getting the photos together for the fall sports program. Here is a shot of all the senior class athletes for 2011 (minus one or two). This shot in it's original color version will be on the cover.

Sheridan Marching Band....

I stopped by the dress rehearsal of the Sheridan High School Marching Band last week for the Indiana State Fair Band Day competition they were going to the next day.These kids work hard practicing on a hot parking lot in the summer. Since I have no musical talent it's amazing that they can walk, turn, coordinate, choreograph and more, AND still play an instrument. The band placed 26th overall out of 49 bands in the state, and, even better, they placed second in the "Espirit de Corps" category (bands of 30 or fewer playing members).

Wesley...

Wesley was in last week for his senior photos. He is a member of the Class of 2011 with Sheridan High School. He would like to join the US Marine Corps after graduation. He also wants to go to college but doesn't quite now the sequence yet between the military and college. That's a big decision for sure! Have a great senior year Wesley!

Patrick, Sheridan Senior Rep...

Patrick is a senior rep for our studio at Sheridan High School for the Class of 2011. He is an accomplished student and athlete. Patrick went to Hoosier Boys State this year and is applying to the Naval Academy and West Point. We wish him well for his senior year, and if you are a senior get with him for a money saving coupon you can use at our studio!

Shelby!

Shelby was great to work with! We had a lot of fun shooting her senior photos in and out of the studio. She is a member of the Sheridan High School Class of 2011 and a very accomplished musician. I think she can play just about anything! She plays the bassoon in the band and picalo in the marching band and can play many more instruments besides those. That ability amazes me since I have Zero musical talent myself. And I can't sing...my Beagle howls and my kids run screaming when I start singing along with my old hippie tunes. Well, anyway...thanks Shelby for a great shoot!

Tyler....

Tyler just graduated from Sheridan in the Class of 2010. He asked if he could get some shots up for Facebook recently so here is what I could pull together from what I have while I am on the road shooting. While I have a little downtime I might as well get some work done! Thanks Tyler and good luck in the future!
